Alumni Scholarship Golf Tournament

Alumni Scholarships

A total of $36,500  in scholarships has been awarded to 48 students from the Alumni Fund through 2010.

In 2005 members of the North Kitsap High School Class of 1962, led by Lou Lawrence, in cooperation with North Kitsap Schools Foundation, initiated an annual golf tournament for the purpose of raising funds for scholarships for worthy graduating North Kitsap School District students who have not received substantial scholarship or financial assistance from other sources. The scholarships are renewable for four years.

Support of the annual golf tournament has expanded well beyond the Class of ’62 and promises to grow in coming years.

NK Schools Foundation selects Alumni Scholarship recipients from “Local” scholarship applications.  Application forms are available from high school counselors.

Renewal application forms and information for Alumni Scholarship recipients are available HERE.  They are due May 1, 2011.
