Alumni Scholarships Announced

NK Schools Foundation congratulates the recipients of the 2010 Alumni Scholarships.

Kingston High: Elizabeth Sander, Blythe Leigh, Kyle Barnak, and Gregor Uvila.

North Kitsap High: Kyle Paul, Marianna Wood, Alexander Read, Bernard (Joey) Patten, Lyssa Davis, and Taylor Ottomano.

Funds for these scholarships are raised at the annual Alumni Golf Tournament at Gold Mountain.  This year’s tournament is on August 27.  Sign up to play golf, sponsor a hole, have dinner, or just donate.

NKSF Donor will Match Wolfle Walk Funds

UPDATE! “Walk for Wolfle” was a total success and NK Schools Foundation will match the $3,000 raised at the event, making a total of $6,000 available for the school’s web-based math program.

Thanks to an anonymous donor,  North Kitsap Schools Foundation will match money raised (up to $3000) by the Wolfle PTA “Walk for Wolfle”.  Funds will be used to support computer-based math programs at Wolfle.  The “Walk ” is from 9:30 to 11:30 on Friday,  June 4.
